Terms of Service

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app. We ask for your date of birth when you join. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information, including your name, account type and date of birth.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account. Brand and agency accounts must be run by someone allowed to act for that business.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. See our Privacy Policy for what is removed and what we must keep.

3. What a profile does and doesn't mean

The Don Agency and The Don Models provide tools, education and access to opportunities. Having a profile, a paid membership, a certificate or any badge does not mean you are signed to, represented by, or employed by The Don Agency or The Don Models, and it does not guarantee bookings, income or results. Representation, if ever offered, requires a separate written agreement.

4. Listings and applications

• Posters must describe opportunities honestly, including whether they are paid or unpaid, the rate, dates, location, usage rights and any travel.
• We review listings before they go live, but we can't verify every detail and don't guarantee any listing.
• When you apply, the poster and TDA admins can see your profile, portfolio, cover letter and any resume you attach.
• We may remove listings, applications or accounts that break these terms.

5. Bookings, contracts and payment

When talent is selected, they have 48 hours to accept or decline. If they accept, TDA drafts a contract that both the client and the talent sign in the app. The client pays the full agreed rate to The Don Agency through our payment provider, and The Don Agency pays the talent separately. Each contract sets out its own scope, dates, location and terms; if a contract and these terms conflict, the contract wins for that booking.

6. Purchases and memberships

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from My membership and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Academy and certificates

TDA Academy courses and certificates are educational. A TDA certificate shows you completed our coursework and passed our assessment. It is not an accredited qualification, a license, or a promise of work or representation.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text and files you upload. You give The Don Agency permission to store and display them inside the app and, if you make your profile or brand site public, on your public pages, so the app can work as described. Only upload content you have the right to share, including permission from photographers and anyone pictured.

9. How to behave

• No harassment, discrimination, threats, or sexual or exploitative requests.
• No fake listings, scams, or asking for money to apply or be considered.
• No sharing other members' private details or files outside the app.
• Live meetings may be recorded and shared with the community when the host says so.
• Report anything that feels wrong using the Report button.

10. Safety

We review listings and remove bad actors when we find them, but we can't guarantee anyone's identity or conduct. Meet in public or professional settings, bring someone with you when you can, and never send money to someone you met through a listing.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.

12. Limits of our responsibility

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, The Don Agency is not responsible for the actions of other members, for opportunities that don't work out, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

13. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll ask you to review and accept the new terms the next time you sign in.
