Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, account type, date of birth (to confirm you're 18 or older) and when you accepted our terms.
• Profile details you choose to add: headline, bio, city, categories, skills, measurements, social links and your brand site settings.
• Files you upload: portfolio photos, profile picture and resumes.
• Activity in the app: listings, applications and cover letters, bookings, contracts and signatures, Academy progress, quiz results, certificates, saved items, reports, comments and notifications.
• Payment records: what you bought, amounts and status. Card details are handled by Stripe, our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
• Live meetings: if a host records a meeting, the recording includes the video and audio of people who join.
• Basic usage data: sign-in attempts and successes, used to keep the app secure and working.

Who can see your information

• Everyone, only if you turn on your public profile or publish your brand site: the parts you choose to show.
• Signed-in members: your public profile in Discover, when it's switched on.
• Posters you apply to: your profile, portfolio, cover letter and any resume you attach.
• Selected talent: the private address and arrival notes for a listing they've been selected for.
• TDA admins: what they need to review listings, handle reports, draft contracts and manage payments.
• Never shown to other members: your email, date of birth and payment details.

Services that help us run the app

We use trusted providers to host the app and store files, process payments (Stripe), run live video meetings, and power the optional AI bio writer (it only sees the experience and specialties you type into it). They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Adults only

The app is only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe someone under 18 has an account, email us and we'll remove it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes:

• Your profile, public page and brand site
• Your portfolio photos, profile picture and resumes
• Your applications, saved items, comments and notifications
• Listings you posted (and the applications to them)
• Academy progress, quiz results and certificates (their verification links stop working)

We keep payment records and signed contracts, with your name as it appeared on them, because tax and contract laws require it. Before deleting, you'll need to finish or cancel any open contract and cancel a renewing membership.

Your choices

• Edit or remove profile details and photos at any time from your Profile.
• Switch your public profile off to hide it from Discover and the web.
• Ask for a copy of your information or anything else privacy-related by emailing thedonmodels@gmail.com.

Keeping it safe

Private files like resumes and portfolio uploads are stored privately and shared only through short-lived links with people allowed to see them. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong password and tell us right away if you notice anything unusual.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we'll ask you to review it the next time you sign in.
